A friend of mine changed her facebook to a picture of her with her husband. The old facebook picture is being used to contact others about Shane H Feldman who "works for Hearing, Veterans and Retire Workers Federation" telling them to contact Mr Feldman to see if their name is on the list to receive $104K. If you reply, of course your name is on their list and they send you a "form" with all your private info to fill out to claim your money.
