Bad customer service. Was disrespected by staff

I went in due to a follow up appointment for my son. Apparently someone by the name of Armineh came to the front office all ready to leave and I told her I was there for an appointment. She then looked at me and said NO!" No way your wrong you got your days mixed go home and call back on Monday and we will check your appointment". I then looked at her and asked her if she can check the book now and tell me when was the appointment scheduled and she stated NO! We are closed and I'm ready to go home. I honestly got bothered and responded to her this isn't the way to talk to me. She was raising her voice at me and pointing her dirty finger as she spoke to me. I asked her for her name and the office managers name and she replied " my name is Armineh and you can complain to who ever you want I don't care" she handed over a business card slamming it on the counter and walked away. There was a patient there with her kids n I myself had my own. I felt so humiliated by her for the way she asked to me.
