Lottery always closes early

They are always shutting down the lotto machines earl. I asked the guy what time the machine closes on Sundays, he says 5. I said its 440, he says well the guy who does it is gone. I repeat its not 5 and he says ma'm its closed. I remember there was a huge powerball jackpot and they closed early for that to. Its not fair.
