Powerball lottery a man by name officer carson call me and said i won the powerball secondchance drawing. He said the lottery loosers i submitted my ticket was drawn. Itold him that for the company of the lottery comishner to send my winnings through the mail. He then had a person call from lottery office. This person persist to tell my husband this was for real. But before the check could sent out there was a international stamp envoloved. After several months of constant phone calls and money sent promises broken. Not one person from western union informed us this was a scam. I called western told them what happened and asked for a refund of my money. I was told that i sent it willingly and (sorry about your loss) i said that without tracking number they connot pick up funds. They repleyed as long they have your name &PHONE NUMBER THEY CAN PICK UP THE $
