My new Black and Decker Coffee Pot went on FIRE. After MANY, MANY calls they sent me a new one. After MANY, MANY calls they are SUPPOSED to send me a letter to tell me what to do with the one that went on fire. Still waiting for the letter. Their Customer Service is terrible... The same as Maytag... I have a dishwasher that sounds like I have a 747 landing in my kitchen.
