ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - Customer Service, Billing

Beware!!! This company that prides themselves on quality is a load of BS. They delayed my delivery of my pod THEN proceeded to delay it again with NO NOTIFICATION!!! You would think that a phone call or an email would be reasonable... Apparently not. The only way I found out was because on that day I called them wondering where my pod was. So I guess the word SORRY is supposed to pay for the day that I took off work, having movers arranged, forcing me to live somewhere else because I have no furniture or cooking tools, and taking away what I thought was supposed to be an excited day for my family!

I have never in my life felt so violated by a company's lack of customer service. Not only did they not get back to any of my phone calls, but I had to keep chasing them! Out of a a total bill of close to $2000 they are willing to compensate me for $150! Wow... That is amazing!!!

Please for your sake avoid this company like the plague. I would never ever wish for my situation to happen to you.
