Poor time estimation and customer service - PODS DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was told a time my pods would be delivered, and the time was not honored or considered! They had said the pods were to be delivered NY noon, but then the actual window was 10:45 - 1:45, and the didn't show up until 5. I had scheduled movers, cut a vacation short, and worked around this delivery time. I spoke very clearly to the pod representative that this wasy plan. Not one word of caution. I then called and spoke with Matthew Marquer who spoke over me and refused to credit my account a portion of the $250.00 I spent on movers to do nothing.

Do NOT use this company!
