$6 Charge for 55 fvb Never Received, Refund Requested

Facebook charged 6 dollars to my credit card account on June 14th for 55 fvb on sale for 40 percent off. Yes, I did buy these fvb, but they never showed up on fv, so I thought it did not go through and did not bother. Then I received my bank statement today, June 22, and the charge is there without me ever getting the fvb. I will be fine with receiving the fvb I ordered or with getting my 6 dollars returned to my account, whichever you prefer.
