Fee required for 60 days insurance on a credit card by visa, they said a time line was involved and not met, they cancelled the credit card and refused to refund my money, supposedly after the 60 days the credit card company was to resume the insurance responsibility. The credit card company is Visa out of Orlando Florida. I was told by the card rep that i had been ripped off and that i was not the only person affected. That they had been messing with the time lines provided to complete processing.
