They charged my credit card and did not recieve product have sent numerous emails as their phone number does not work, they keep sending me one email saying they erfunded the 159.00 then it never showed up on my credit card then they ssaid they refunded 45.00 as that didnt show up either and i still dont have the order i paid for without my permission to even charge my credit card. They sent one more today saying they cancelled all orders. Well thats fine and dandy but where is my refund of 159.00? Well i cant get a straight up answer to this anywhere. So yes this is a scam and im filinf a complaint with the ohio attorney generals office as i have complaint forms already and also the better business bureua of columbus and the city where they are located.
