I signed up. For it, put card number and code #. I was to access the member only resources and was not able to do so, like it said I could. It kept saying wrong password, which it wasn't because it was my zip code. I called the so call start up specialist and received a recording. I left two phone numbers as point of contact and told them I wanted to cancel please return funds to account.
