Sells fraudulent Sprint Activation across his locations all over US. All the sales reps are trained by his training team to push people across his multiple locations to greet and talk people into buying cell phone services. Customers are slammed with multiple lines by the reps without even customers knowledge. I found out that I have 4 lines under my name which I was not even aware. When I called Sprint, I was directed to call Arch Telecom (previously Intouch Wireless). I was getting collection letters from collection agencies. Neither Sprint nor Intouch/Arch helped me and i was slammed a cancellation fee from both Sprint and Arch telecom. When I went back to the location I was told that the Regional Manager told them to do so. Long story short I had to pay to save my credit since no one will cooperate. Only recommendation is whenever you go, see that the Sprint location is not privately owned by Intouch/Arch telecom and it is a Sprint direct store. After doing some research online I found out that the CEO is involved in lot of fraudulent activities so they had to change the name to Arch Telecom. The company is based out of California.
