My name is Scott E. Bianco. (Personal Info Removed). PALM LOAN ADVANCES took $30.00 out of my checking account without my permission. When I called them the rep said I was getting 1,500 DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT and this was a refundable payment to them and gave me a web site to go to. W hen I went to the web site I could't get in and was informed this company was a scam and to report it to you.
