Denture Doesn't Fit

Dr. Ballinger had me a upper denture made for me. They don't fit me he insist that it does but he's wrong and he won't admit it. The denture fits my gums fine the problem is the positioning of the teeth themselves the bit is too narrow Ballinger say's that wearing the denture will fix this problem tell me how a plate that is made too narrow in the first place how's it going to get wider by wearing them. He has refused to remake them for me and he won't give me my money back he has the teeth I returned them I can't eat properly with them and I had trouble talking with them in my mouth. What can be done if any thing I'm on medicare and if they don't get there money back I can't get another denture made for 5 yrs. This dentist has really done me dirty. I want my money back or a new denture made. I would think that he's suppose to work with me to get them right and not keep telling me there's nothing wrong with them when I know there is. He just doesn't want to admit that he's wrong...
