Returned purchased item debited from my bank card

Purchased back brace support on 6/5 paid for item with my bank visa card. After sales clerk tried it on and it seem to fit him. 6/19 4am; I removed brace and attempted to wrap it around my back; it was not large enough. 6/19 returned back brace to Excel Drugs opposite my home. I stated that the brace would not strap around my body due to it's size/my size. No other braces were availabe to fit and I requested a refund. Manager/Owner states no refund onto my bank card was allowed. Therefore, I can choose to except a written check from him or not. No other options available and my bank account was debited for this item. $22.95. This is the pharmacy opposite my home that I have purchase items and prescriptions from for twelve (12) years as well as my other family members. This is the service that I get? I must now take access-a-ride to my bank or pay for car service to deposit a check for $22.95 and still no back brace? Another customer walks out owing $60.00 on prescriptions with a good faith on payment granted by sales person and Manager/Owner. Purchases and returns from my bank card are to honor in accordance to the law. This is unfair practice and I would like to have my monies returned to my bank card. This was very insulting and disrespectful to me as a person and paying customer over the years that I have utilized this pharmacy. This is the neighborhood pharmacy; I am by no means a stranger to him and yet I was treated as if my money and rights have no value. I will never patronize this pharmacy again and this type of practice should be corrected. My bank has no value but his does?
