I canceled an order 30 minutes after placing it, their policy states 100% refund if canceled within 12 hours. I logged back into my account and canceled the one order that the website showed I placed. It showed that they had received the money and applied it to this order number. I have been fighting with them since to get a refund. Today they are telling me I placed two orders and when I logged back into my account today it shows two orders one canceled and one not. Since I have the print out of the page as it appeared on 6.15.2012 I have proof that only one order was placed and that my payment had been applied to the original order number. They seem to be running some kind of scam and from the number of complaints I have found on this company and my own experience they are not a company you want to do business with.
