Caller claimed he wanted to lower all of my Visa and Mastercard credit card interest rates due to a government program instituted since the recession. He wanted me to give all of my Visa and Mastercard credit card numbers so they could verify balances and interest rates. When I asked him which company this was he hung up on me. SCAM I think.
