Since 5/30 i was online checking for a I-pod repair service; I googled and came across: Digi-Express saw their phone #1-800-440-4693 called explained my I-pod problem and a representative informed me what to do and ship the product. Was charged $31.75 for a repair and it included shipping and handling return. I provided my cell number and an e-mail address 2 weeks went by and I had to call for an update on the I-pod and spoke with a representative named Sherrie, put me on hold to my surprise her answer was the I-pod was not repaired was placed in an area where nobody even noticed that it needed repairs. At all this, they failed to make any contact via cell phone or e-mail. Later Sherrie very polite made me aware that the i-pod only needed a new battery for repair and that was another charge of $10.00. She reassured that it will be repaired and that I would get an e-mail as to when it would be shipped.!
A few days later 6/15 I received an e-mail that product was repaired and shipped. Now 6/18 I received the product again to my surprise the I-pod was not repaired. So I called the company and again got the same representative Sherrie who was aware of my repair case #AB-131631 to tell me that Unfortunately I can not be acredited for the amount of $41.75 since I charged it to my charge Visa account. So my claim was at no point even though they had my cell number, my e-mail account why I didn't get at least any type of contact that the I-pod could not be fixed so her answer was she understands me being upset but the charge still stands. So I have no repaired I-pod nor do I have a new battery.
