I had gone to the guitar center at the harrisburg, pa store i thought i knew what i was doing i was told this is the best pre amp to get well i took it home and it made all my amps buzz i had traded a mixer in on it which they gave me only 70 dollars for and i bought it new for 238 figure that out well the very next day i took it back and asked if i could get back my mixer well they said i could but had to pay retail price for it so they gave me 70 for it and to get it back i had to pay 119 even though i went there all the time and spent thousands of dollars there they just lost a customer i will never buy there again i dont care if they were the only guitar place i will quit before i go there again what a big rip off
