In April I ordered a sample of Lush Illumination, just paying for postage. Few weeks later had $99.99 taken from my card. Visa have managed to get this refunded. I do not know what it was for.
1st June a further £49 has been taken from my card.
They never reply to emails.
When I first ordered there were no terms and conditions now there are pages of them.
Product is rubbish.
Now I have to go back to Visa fraud and get this latest payment refunded.
