I purchased a Howard's Horn motorcycle air and installed it on my bike. The installation was exactly as outlined by the instruction sheet. Within 2 weeks, the trumpet portion (actual horn) cracked and rendered the entire horn useless.

I called them to ask about a warranty replacement and they refused. I then asked for the cost of purchasing the trumpet separate and they quoted me a price of the entire horn assembly (including compressor, hoses and fittings). As I mentioned to the "gentleman" that I only wanted the trumpet portion, I was told that was the price and to "take it or leave it".

Ther product is absolute crap. Their customer service is rude and insulting.
