On June 16th I could not get to my yahoo account, searched for help and got this company {if there is one} I was told that my yahoo account had been hacked and they could fix it and also clean up my pc, all for a cost of $239.95, which I would mail to them on June 18th.
After about 2 and 1/2 hours and being reassured that they would be avaiable 24/7 they got my yahoo to work again, for about 2 hours. Today I tried to call and e-mail them with no response. I am frustrated and very unhappy. I was taken and thought I was being helped. Now I do not know what to do. Anybody have a suggestion?
