My Yahoo account, informed me, that someone is in my system and to open a new account. So I did, I called, thought, Yahoo, to asked them to transfer my old e-mail into my new e-mail. Because the given advise did not work. So, I had someone on the phone who introduced himself as Yahoo employee, name Nick.
I informed him, he asked me for a payment of 199.99 USD, which I did by CC. He asked a lot of questions, about my passwort which I could not remember, since I had many, he asked about my sons E-mail, which I do not know either, he told me I had 7 hakers and showed me some numbers, than he told me he would fix it, after 2 hours he told me I do not have to stay on the line he would call me, after 2 hours he called, than I saw all front folders where deleted except 3. I told him, he asked me to open them, and told me he would fix it, I should hold on a Minute and after that 1/2 Minute it was a disconnect sound. This person never came back. The next day I called again yahoo, but this time it was the right yahoo, he told me, that I did not pay any money, and that I was scamed, I called my Bank immediately, to stop the payment on my CC. The number I called the first time was 1-866-562-7219. I am very upset about this, I have been frauded before on my cc card, which I did not use in 6 month and never carried with me, flights where being booked, my account was with Bank of America.
