Today I was having difficulty uploading photos to a well-known, often used website. I called it for help because I usually don't have such problems when I upload photos to another company. I was told by the agent that the issue was related to my computer and I should empty my cookies, history, etc. I tried that and then somehow stumbled upon PC Speedy Pro which loaded a scan analysis which I ran. I was then contacted by an agent who talked fast and ended up selling me a one year 24/7 online technical support package I thought was going to fix "all the bugs" that supposedly were slowing down my computer. I then tried to upload photos again on the site I was in earlier in the day and had the same problem. It was not my computer, but my lack of knowledge in using their on-line ordering of cards and photos. I called Qresolve to explain my problems and ask for a refund. I was told someone will call in 24-48 hrs. Really??? I then began thinking and entered a Qresolve search. I was able to open this link and I began reading very similar complaints. It all happened quickly, I was frustrated by the original issue, and somehow let them convince me that I would be very happy with their excellent service beginning with a "tuneup." I now believe that I have been scammed and I will be contacting my police department about this and asking for their help.
