A message came onto my computer to tell me I needed PC Optimiser as my PC tools program was not adequate. I bought the Optimiser program but could not download it and had to phone them to do it. Once I had downloaded it the guy on the phone said I still had thousands of problems in my computer and persuaded me to buy discounted unlimited PC support for one year. This I did and a technician spent one hour going through my computer supposedly fixing problems. I now have an error on screen relating to bluetooth and when I try to contact the Qresolve team for support the phone number they gave me to ring is not valid.
