On 6/6, I shopped on the MICHAEL KorsShoesOnline website for Michael Kors Handbags. I ordered two handbags, both of which indicated over 500 currently in stock. (Even today, though one does say SOLD OUT, the other still indicates there are over 200 in stock). On 6/10, I got an email from "Customer Service" saying that both of the bags were sold out and I should order another style. We exchanged another email re my surprise that both could be sold out when their website clearly indicated there were over 500 in stock. Finally, on 6/14, I asked to have my money returned. Here's the reply from yesterday -

We can return money, but you will receive it about 1 month.

ONE MONTH? They took my $175 for something they didn't even have in stock and now tell me it will take a month to return it? It was done with a credit card. An electronic transaction takes about 20 seconds to complete.
