I am also one of the many who ordered slimvida & colon cleanse free trial to pay half price P&P, on speaking to my GP he advised strongly not to take this product so i came home and started the long exhausting chore of ringing co., with absolutely no success.By pure chance this morning i came across this complaints page and could i say a heartfelt thanks to those who put contact no of said co., up which is 07182 450105 email add., info@naturalhealthnetwork.com. I have spoken to someone calling themselves Rebecca 4204 (if this is accurate anyones guess) she asked me for my 16 digit credit card no., which i refused to give, when questioned why she would need full no., she replyed that it was for security reasons, i still refused and told her i would only give last four digits she accepted this and was able to give me the RMA no., which surprise surprise is your order no., i asked her about this which she told me no., was only part of RMA no., i have returned products through Post Office with proof of return this has cost me another few pounds, as a safe measure i have been in contact with the credit card co., explaining everything, hopefully this will be end of matter. SCAM yes definately, hope this helps another poor sucker like me.
