MemoryLanes dba classmates.com charged my credit card for TWO years for their all-access pass for $59. I never authorized this and there was no advanced warning. Their website has bad links "to contact us" as I suspect they are getting many, many complaints about their business model. I want to help spread the word about this abuse. What business in their right mind sneaks in an automatic deduction two years after your supposed automatic renewal election and then says, sorry charlie, no refunds? If their service is so good, why do they use this model? Classmates.com is a SCAM!
