No refund policy for automatic renewal, then cut service with 10 mos left on subsription

Have you ever signed up for something and really never used it? I did classmates.com the funny thing is they set you up on automatic renewal system. You never us it so it out of sight and out of mind till you get the bill on your credit card. So i called them to cancel the service after 5 years They said ok we'll take you off the automatic renewal. Your service is good for 10 more months til April 20" i said that is not good enough i want a refund i don't use the serrvice. They went on "We can get you 50% of your subsription and keep you on the manual renewal." " we do not do refunds". So i asked for there address and said i'll have my attorney contact them. And i will just out of principle but not before i tell the world classmate.com is a ripoff!!! Oh by the way! With 10 months left they removed my access to the site and i know this because i was going to complain to corporate through the web site.
