I wired (bank transfer) $5300 to td bank in ny. The order was never received. The company told me there is nothing i can do about it. Im located in balto md. Can u please advise how n who i contact to pursue criminal charges against them. I have contacted bbb in ny n filed numerous complaints with no resolution at all. I have copies of all emails, bank transfers, texts, etc if needed.
