Net Find Autos called about an ad I had placed (free) on kijiji. They claimed they had three clients who were interested in my holiday trailer I had for sale. After asking several questions I agreed to sign up with them. The fee was $313.95. This service included them forwarding buyers (in my area) to me who were interested in my trailer then they would finance the client and pay me the full amount and I would release the unit. Not one of their "customers" called me. I followed up again and again and again. My representative, Sonja, kept promising me she would look into it and get immediate action for me. Soo. I realized she was doing nothing but giving me lines of BS. I then called the toll free number to speak with someone else. The person who I ended up speaking eith was Eugene (apparently he's the owner). I explained my displeasure with the company service and requested my money back as I felt I wasn't getting the service I paid for. He offered another ad for no charge. I said I had nothing else to sell and wanted my money back. He recon firmed my email address and promised he would follow up a week later and email a credit form. Again nothing happened. I once again called my rep Sonja and explained my conversation with Eugene. Again, she assured me that she would talk to Eugene and be sure I would receive a copy of the form to fi out for a credit. Nothing was sent and she stopped answering my calls. I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They opened a case file and contacted this company. On June 14/12 I received a call from Eugene. He rudely asked for me and barked out that he has a complaint from the BBB. I said yes. He lied and stated he doesn't recal ever talking to me. I tried to explain how the conversation went but instead he yelled over me. I told him he lied to me and I did not appreciate him phoning me and yelling at me and being rude. He then hung up on me like the coward he is. I phoned the BBB and told them what he did and that is when I found out there are currently 5 open cases with other customers who have the same complaint as I do. This company needs to be shut down before they scam someone else! Most atrocious service I've EVER experienced.
