I got a check in the mail for $3920 and need to pay the non residential tax... I had to pay this through Western Union, however it did not give me an address or location to send it to but it did give me a long distance number starting with 282... I did not fall for this scam and threw away the letter and tore up the check... It is a scam please be aware
