I ordered the free trial but did not return it within 14 days. I thought I had cancelled it. We didn't get a bill until end of May for $79.85 for one month's supply plus $149.83 for their "loyalty" program which involved using their website for excercises and recipes which I never visited and don't ever remember seeing would be charged with the pills. I was out of town when the bill came in. We cancelled any future mailings. Just got our May bill, and it's showing a May 30 charge for $79.85. I told them it was still in the mailing wrapper and I would return it. They said I could return it but they will not guarantee that they will provide a refund.

This company is a huge scammer. Shame on Rachel Ray for allowing her name to be associated with this company.
