Miscellaneous

On April 28th we went to Inland Chevrolet to look at another car because we were not really impressed with the one we had just bought on Jan 15. We left that day with a 2012 Chevy Cruz and traded a 2010 Caliber for it. We got a call to come back in on 5/4 to resign the contract because the numbers did not match so we did they then submitted it to the bank on 5/7 on witch day my husband was laid off so when they went to verify employment the company told them he had been laid off so on 5/11 we received a letter stating to bring the car back. My husband then started another job on 5/8 so we called them they then said keep the car and bring the pay stub in when you get it, well he got the first pay stub along with the second and another with lay off so we then called them on 5/23 to let them know first Chris told us to keep the car and see the next couple days if he returns to work. About 1/2 hour later Ray the used car Sales manager called and demanded the car back. On the back of the contract it states they have the right to do this however it states they have to give us any considerations received by us including trade-ins well they sold the trade in on 5/6 and are refusing to give it back or even the amount of 3,467.80 that we have in the 2010 caliber since we refused to sign off on the caliber when we returned the 2012 Cruz they are also refusing to give our 1,395. That was placed on the 2012 Cruz.
