Non paying employe

I worked for Josh Carpenter at M & J Accessories, and he has not paid me for working. I am owed about 800 dollars for three weeks of work. He keep giving me the run around. He tells me to come pick it up, then he's not there.

I have been waiting for a month and still have not been paid. The latest excuse was the store did not make enough money to pay me. This is an hourly job.
