1&1.com's platform to create websites is faulty and does not work when ready to go live. I sent emails and called customer service to complain that going to my website yeilds errors.
They claimed that it was working just fine. Yet neither myself, nor my friends (or others) could get to my site.
I cancelled service and requested refund for the remainder of the contract, siting company platform errors.
They refused and sent an email saying I missed the refund period, which was the first 30 days.
