We started the services 2 months ago, at that time they said they are releasing a new version 2 platform in the next week if I sign up today they will offer fix price that I pay ($34.99) on the next platform ($59.99) for 3 month.

So I started their services the first couple week everything working perfect / support is fast / great customer services.

Once the release the v. 2 platform they didn't give me access to the new version platform as promise, the v. 1 platform that we use to host our e-commerce store start not working

We unable to use most of the function in the platform also the front store unable to check out customer so we loosing all the online business

I try to contact technical support by live chat / phone / email / voice mail for 5 days I never receive any reply at all

I called the company no matter what option I trying to choose it always go to please leave message will contact back
