Did not disclose the price going up after 6 mounts did not follow the rules and regulations in illinios by sending a written copy of the agreement with in 10 days of agreement. Recording me with out my knowledge or asking me. Did not ask me if i want to renew my subscraption but did with my knowledge and charged me with out my autherastion or permestion. What should i do?
