I went on their website and ordered 3 items for the price of 2 because they offered 100% refund guarantee if I wasn’t happy with the purchase but sadly I have not even received my order to see if I am satisfied or not. I have been emailing the address on their website and have got no replies back. I have phoned the number on their website numerous times only get the sales department. They tell me I can't speak to a manager or supervisor, nor can I speak to customer services and neither can they put me through to the refunds department. They tell me they will pass on my message and some one will ring me back within 24 hrs, obviously this is all lies as no one has bothered calling me back. I really think that something needs to be done as I see that this is not an isolated case but seems to be a common occurance. These people should not be allowed to trade at all.
