We signed a contract with this company for what we were told was to enhance our timeshare and if we gave them one week a year they would pay us 1600 a year (pennies for points). It was late, they kept us confused and never made it clear we were purchasing a password to use thier website to buy vacations, expensive ones at that. Our first sign of a problem was them telling me they would take one of my timeshares for us as I didnt want that particular one, And I exclusively asked for free? And was told yes but they would have to up our purchase price a bit to cover the timeshare transfer. A month later I rec. A bill from a different company and needed to pay them to transfer my timeshare. When we tried to contact someone in the office, it was nearly impossible so we called our saleman, who has quit the company and referred to them as a scam. They change their name yearly, he provided us with the names, and told us the pay back program expires after 1 year, which we werent told. Upon looking into our paperwork, i read where we cant even use the pennies for points until the purchase price is paid i full, and they are holding the loan and billing us for 2 years, so we will never see the 1600 we were promised every year for our week.
Please help us in getting out of this mess.
