Took up on the free trial, followed instructions... This product did nothing, it does not work, so please do not waste your time and money buying... What i will say is that although i took free trial they did take £75 out of my bank account but when i rang to complain there was no hesitation in returning my money to my bank account. It in fact back in my account within 3 days. So my only loss was the p&p, and not weight loss as promised.
