Repeatedly charged my account thirty bucks a month

They repeated charged my account thirty bucks.

I called to cancel and got angry, but didn't act disrespectfully or call them any names. They hung up on me. I called back and a supervisor answered right away. He identified himself as a supervisor and asked, "Is this Chris %?"

Bottom line: they are sending me a refund form. I cannot promise I'll get back to site but will try.

Arghhhhh!!!
