I was guaranteed that they provided phone services to the facility my daughter is in and after the account was set up i was told I had to open an account with another company securus to use the service. I complained and tried to cancel at that time and was not allowed to do so. Finally after a week of trying to get someone with customer service I was informed that they would cancel my account but would not refund my money. These people out and out lied. This is despicable preying on families in trying times just to make a buck.
