I was promised to render service in doing loan modification and debt settelement by Principal law group. First, the person handing my file left the company and my file was went to a different assign person. It went on for almost 6months and the their communication with me is throught email and sometime by phone. They ask to be paid in full with my credit card of $6000. Now i've been trying to get in touch with them and no one getting back back to me even if i request for the lawyer whose incharge of doing paer work. I e-mail them (Diana AMBREY) ON 5/16 to request of just cancelling my file due to my frustration of not getting any information in regard to any of my paper work. I also request to get a full refund of the money i paid but did get any response. At this time i don't know what action to take. I tried calling their office but only voice recorded message and no more live personel answering the phone.
