Received a very official looking mailing from this company with reference to filing the annual minutes for my corporation, Florida East Coast Real Estate, Inc. Document # P06000003185 for $125.00. So, knowing that I had to file the annual report by May 1st I sent the check and the form. Not realizing that it was a scam. Now I just received an email from the Florida Division of Corporations telling me that my annual report was never filed and that I now owe $400 in order to file it or my corporation could be dissolved! So, this has cost me an additional $375 over what it should have to file the annual report! Why aren't these people being shut down?
