Fraud

I registered for 'freeshipping.com', but never really utilized it due to the paperwork necessary to be repaid for that delivery which was likely to be 'free'. I ended my account online. 6 months later, I found in my own big monthy charge card statement that I Would been billed $12.97. Every month. I ended by telephone plus they delivered a contact vrerifying my termination. I'm going to be seeking the following month. Did not recognize I required a contact confirmation before it had been established. Difficult to discussion costs which are six months old. Complete fraud.
