This company offered a "free membership" trial period on their website and took my card information. When I went to the site to cancel my membership, it said there was no record of me having an account. I'm unable to contact anyone at the company, access or cancel my account, and yet, I'm being charged out the ass for a service I 1. Dont want and 2. Can't even use, as I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. This is ridiculous.
