I purchased two sets of grout bully online and paid for express shipping so that I would receive it within two weeks. The money was taken immediately out of my account and I have yet to receive my product. The phone number listed on the web site rings and then hangs up. There is no email address to contact and the address is just a PO Box. I sent a letter to the PO Box with no response. I am very upset that this company has not met its obligation, commitement and promise of a product that we have paid for. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.
