On april 16th my father received this check in the mail telling him that he had received these winings. The spelling of winings was what first alerted me to this being fraud and also being an investigator for a police department we have been getting several reports from unsuspecting people in our area who been targeted by these same people. Please stay alert when getting these types of checks and don't be another victim. Then when i called the number provided for him it was a voice of what sounded like a automated recording. I then asked for their actual physical address at which time they became angry and did want to give that information. I then asked his name and he did want to give it either. These are all scams please stay alert.
