As this is the proprietorship company the insurance e policy is in the name of Meena D. Gupta Prop. Amitkumar Ajaykumar & Bros. The claim is not settled till date. The other bus heated to this one and damaged but the bus was in running condition there for FIR not logged.insurance made with Vashi, Navi Mumbai branch but no further claim process by them. & still pending for no reason
